Male carers speaking out
I always feel so privileged to meet such amazing people in my job. Every assignment is different but without fail people invite me into their homes and open up to me about their lives. This assignment, for Action East Devon, was no different. I was asked to photograph and interview three male carers about their experience […]
Fatchima’s story of survival
Getting the opportunity to catch up with children I’ve met previously is always a favourite part of my job. In 2016 I first met Maria and her daughter Fatchima who was only 14 months old, in Niger a mostly dusty, dry country where bringing up a family is a daily challenge. No mother should have to […]
Pamela’s powerful story
I’ve met many inspirational, strong women in my career, and Pamela was one of those women. After eleven years of supporting her husband, Mack, through his cancer, Pamela received support from We Hear You, a cancer charity that provides counselling to anyone affected by cancer. But sometimes I get commissioned to do something totally different and get a peak into a totally different world. Welcome to Salon Privé, one of the most prestigious automotive events in the UK attracting […]

Sara bravely told me her journey from discovering she had leukaemia, to very nearly dying during her treatment to her incredible recovery. This was a commission for charity Exeter Leukaemia Fund for their latest fundraising campaign to raise money for a special […]
Visual rebrand for WHY
I was asked to look at We Hear You‘s use of photography and film and come up with a style that would get across what they do (cancer counselling) and give them a visual style that would differentiate them from other similar charities as part of their rebranding. I was then asked to shoot both photography […]

A day spent photographing the men and women who craft some of the most beautiful cars in the world.
An inspiring and moving commission photographing for Exeter Leukaemia Fund

Witnessing Winesi regain his sight- the first of a Million Miracles
I provided compelling photography for Sightsavers Million Miracle Campaign as well as filming for the LIVE broadcast of Winesi’s cataract operation. Tension was high in the run up to the operation – would the LIVE broadcast from the theatre work and would Winesi’s operation be successful and provide him with a Miracle?
